Obtaining support from MEA:

Free 3 Months of Support...

All MEA equipment is provided with 3 months of unlimited phone support to assist the customer with system commissioning, training and initial site related faults.

After 3 Months...

After the initial 3 month period, MEA requests payment for phone support in the form of an MEA Plus annual phone support premium.

The MEA Plus "Basic" support contract is attractively priced at $195 per annum (excluding GST) and provides customers with direct access to the MEA technical support department when required.

MEA Plus "Basic" can be purchased over the phone by providing credit card or order number details. A service contract number will be issued and this number should be used as reference in all subsequent communications with MEA.

Other MEA Support Services.

MEA also offers MEA Plus "Premium" which is an adaptable annual support agreement which can optionally include an annual site visit and system check, sensor recalibration and loan hardware.

On-site service for repairs and diagnosis are available at reasonable rates as required.
