In May 2005, MEA was appointed Exclusive Distributor for Unidata products in all Australian regions with the exception of Western Australia.

We aim to introduce the Unidata product range to markets that do not know the power of the data logger in terms of flexibility, reliability and performance. Backed by MEA's extensive experience in getting the logger to do work and offered with our own Magpie software, MEA is now the place to come to for Unidata products.

Specialists in Unidata Loggers

MEA have been specialising in the use of the Unidata range of data loggers for almost 20 years. This includes intimate knowledge of a wide range of Unidata manufactured hardware and sensors.

The Unidata logger is long proven as a market leader in remote, long term, low power and unattended data logging applications at a fraction of the price of competitive data loggers. Coupled with this is the level of logger programmability; the essence of which is captured with our Magpie Software.

The combination of Magpie and MEA designed hardware interfaces has allowed a simple 12 channel data logger to log well over 100 inputs, logging at a variety of different log intervals, performing complex calculations and driving interface hardware.

All of this is provided by MEA as a "turn key" solution requiring no configuration by the customer.
