GBug

The GBug is a data logger which records the readings from up to four GBHeavy or GBLite gypsum block sensors. The GBug holds up to three weeks of two hourly readings. See the results on the MEARetriever and use this also to transfer data from multiple Bugs to your PC.

GTBug

TBug

ABug

The ABug is a data logger which records the readings from up to two Aquaflex soil moisture content sensors. The ABug holds up to three weeks of two hourly readings. See the results on the MEARetriever and use this also to transfer data from multiple Bugs to your PC.

This product can be used with the Aquaflex Sensor and MEA Retriever.

MEA Retriever

The MEARetriever is used to display and transfer the data to a PC from all of the loggers in the Bug range; GBug, GTBug, TBug and ABug. The stored data in each Bug is transferred to the MEARetriever by wireless connection. Tap the Bug to wake it up, hold the MEARetriever within a metre and the data is transferred. The MEARetriever display will show current readings and confirm the successful transfer of data. Scroll back through all the readings to see changes in soil moisture over time and make irrigation decisions in the field. Then transfer the data to your PC next time you are back in the office.

The Retriever can download between 25 and 100 Bugs, depending on the combination of Bug loggers. The MEARetriever software displays the data graphically and in table form. Full and refill points can be set for each site and data can be exported easily to other programs.

This product can be used with the MEA Bug Range of data loggers.
